Medical Representative

Anesthesia & Nutrition

Location: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain

• Sell and promote Anesthesia and Nutrition products to private hospitals in assigned territory.
• Meet existing and potential clients ( Pharmacists, Doctors, technicians, Procurement etc)
• Deliver the highest standards of customer care and support.
• A strong understanding of pharma business sales and procedures involved.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales and marketing activities.
• Build and promote focus products to increase market share and profitability and ability to build long-lasting customer relationships with HCP's
• To implement the goals set by the line manager and continuously improve the assigned territory performance.
• Organize training and educational activities and deliver clinical training programs to HCP's as well as hospital staff.
• Monitor customers inventory & plan a liquidation plan for slow moving products.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints.
• Spend at least 95% of working time in the market meeting end-users and clinical staff.
• Follow-up with back office team to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify emerging market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Field work reporting, close monitoring on competitor's activity & updating the management.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Required skills

• Bachelor degree in Medical Science, Pharmacy
• 2-3 years' experience as Medical Representative in the UAE
• Ability to learn, analyze, understand and communicate
• Basic knowledge of Pharma products
• Ability to work and deliver under pressure and with minimum supervision

Preferred Candidates

Residing in UAE (mandatory)

Have UAE driving license

Nationality: Any ( Knowledge of Arabic preferred)
