**Position Overview:** We are seeking a polished, highly organized Medical Receptionist for our brand-new clinic in Mirdif.

As the first point of contact, you will shape our premium patient experience and ensure seamless front-desk operations.

**Patient Experience:** Greet patients warmly; handle phone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries with absolute professionalism.
**Calendar Management:** Coordinate flawless booking schedules, optimize appointment slots, and minimize patient wait times.
**Patient Care Cycle:** Manage a proactive follow-up and recall system for treatments, check-ups, and results.
**Clinic Software & Records:** Accurately utilize EMR/clinic software for check-ins, check-outs, and secure, confidential record-keeping.
**Financials & Billing:** Handle cash/card payments, issue accurate receipts, and assist with basic insurance verification.
**Clinic Presentation:** Maintain a highly presentable, polished appearance and ensure a pristine, clutter-free reception area.
**Compliance:** Strictly adhere to internal clinic rules, Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, and patient data privacy laws.

Proven experience as a medical receptionist or high-end hospitality front-of-house in Dubai.
Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a major plus).
Strong multi-tasking skills with a professional demeanor suited for a premium brand environment.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
