Job Title: Arabic Receptionist (Medical Experience Required)

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in a **medical center, clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility** is required.
• Familiarity with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and medical reception procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
• Professional appearance and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Manage patient registration and maintain records.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
• Handle administrative and front-desk duties efficiently.

Preferred Candidate

• Arabic-speaking applicant with proven experience in a healthcare or medical setting.
• Currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately is an advantage.
