**At Home Doc** is seeking a professional and organised Medical Receptionist / Administration Officer to support our growing home healthcare services.
As the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, you'll play a vital role in coordinating appointments, managing patient records, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and respond to enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Schedule, confirm, and manage home healthcare appointments
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records
- Prepare administrative documents, referrals, and medical forms
- Assist with billing, insurance verification, and payment processing
- Coordinate schedules for doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare policies
- Deliver a professional, efficient, and patient-focused service experience
Skills & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Experience in medical reception, healthcare administration, or customer service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a hospital, medical clinic, or home healthcare environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- Experience with health insurance verification and billing
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
