Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Medical Laboratory Technician.
The Medical Laboratory Technician will conduct diagnostic tests, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure adherence to established quality control standards.
Key responsibilities
include preparing biological samples, analyzing results accurately, maintaining a clean and safe laboratory environment, and documenting all activities in line with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
Collaboration with healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care is also an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Medical Technology and Laboratory Skills
- Knowledge of Laboratory Medicine and proficiency in handling Laboratory Equipment
- Experience in implementing and adhering to strict Quality Control measures
- Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with medical regulations
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician or equivalent is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
