Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Laboratory Specialist based in Riyadh.
The role involves performing a variety of laboratory tasks, including preparing and processing specimens, conducting tests using advanced laboratory equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation of results.
The specialist will adhere to quality control protocols, ensure proper functionality of laboratory tools, and collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate diagnostic insights.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with safety standards and laboratory best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment
- Strong laboratory skills, including specimen processing and conducting diagnostic tests
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret test results accurately
- Experience with Quality Control standards and practices
- Knowledge of Laboratory Medicine and its applications in diagnostics
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
- Relevant certifications or licensure in Medical Laboratory Technology is an advantage
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance
