  • A Day in the Life
  • As our Medical Key Account Manager for the West Region, you will be pivotal in bridging clinical recommendation with commercial success.
  • You'll drive the growth and medical recommendation leadership of our dermo-cosmetic solutions across key medical accounts (including hospitals, polyclinic groups, pharmacies, and medical tenders), ensuring our brands are the top choice for healthcare professionals and readily available to patients.
  • In this role, you will:
  • Lead Medical Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for major medical groups, achieve sell-in and sell-out targets, and lead the preparation and negotiation of medical tenders (e.g., NUPCO or private hospital group tenders).
  • Manage Key Medical Relationships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Hospital Procurement Managers, and Dermatologists. You will ensure medical recommendations are converted into sales within hospital pharmacies, serving as the primary commercial contact for medical institutions in the West.
  • Drive Medical Excellence & Activation: Ensure high-quality brand visibility in clinics and pharmacies (adhering to ethical guidelines), lead our commercial presence at medical congresses and seminars, and collaborate closely with the Medical Representative team to align on strategy.
  • Analyze Performance & Market Trends: Monitor prescribing patterns and hospital sales data to provide accurate forecasts, and track competitor activities and new healthcare regulations (SFDA, NUPCO) to identify new opportunities.

  • Strategic Collaboration: You excel at working cross-functionally with both medical and commercial teams to align objectives.
  • Account Planning: You can develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts to drive growth.
  • Market Intelligence: You possess a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory environments.
  • To succeed, you will have 5+ years of experience in Medical Sales or Pharmaceutical Key Account Management in Saudi Arabia, with a strong existing network in the West Region (Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah). A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is highly preferred, and fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory. You must be a resident of Jeddah with the ability to travel extensively.
