Key responsibilities
- Deliver interactive lectures, clinical workshops, and simulated training sessions in accordance with accredited CME frameworks.
- Assist in refining course materials, lecture presentations, case studies, and assessment rubrics.
- Engage participants, encourage discussion and critical thinking, and promote best clinical practices.
- Maintain current knowledge of clinical guidelines, healthcare trends, and modern instructional methods.
- Collect participant feedback after training modules to improve course quality and outcomes.
Candidate qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a medical or healthcare field, such as Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Emergency Medical Services, or Allied Health.
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; Arabic fluency is an advantage.
- Clinical instructor, medical trainer, or lecturer experience is highly valued.
- First-time instructors are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong public speaking, presentation, and crowd-engagement abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for medical education are expected.
- Candidates should be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate or commute regularly.
