Key responsibilities
- Deliver interactive lectures, clinical workshops, and simulated training sessions in line with accredited CME frameworks.
- Assist in refining course materials, lecture presentations, case studies, and assessment rubrics.
- Engage healthcare participants, encourage discussion and critical thinking, and promote best clinical practices.
- Keep knowledge of clinical guidelines, healthcare trends, and modern instructional methods up to date.
- Gather participant feedback after training modules to improve course quality and outcomes.
Candidate qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a medical or healthcare field, such as Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Emergency Medical Services, or Allied Health.
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; Arabic fluency is an added advantage.
- Prior experience as a clinical instructor, medical trainer, or lecturer is highly valued.
- Candidates without formal teaching experience are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate exceptional public speaking, presentation, and crowd-engagement abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for medical education.
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate or commute regularly.
