A diversified group of companies is seeking an experienced Medical Division Head to lead and grow its medical trading division in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales, business development, and overall performance of the medical trading division.
- Develop new markets, products, and key customer accounts.
- Manage relationships with medical principals, suppliers, hospitals, and healthcare groups.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and business growth.
- Lead and develop the medical sales team.
- Oversee commercial, operational, and regulatory activities.
Qualifications
- Experience leading or managing a medical trading division is required.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and team-management skills are required.
- Experience managing relationships with medical principals, suppliers, hospitals, and healthcare groups is required.
