A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced
Medical Director
to lead medical operations, oversee clinical quality, and support the organization’s growth and healthcare development initiatives.
Job Purpose
To provide medical leadership, ensure high standards of healthcare quality and patient safety, and support operational and strategic healthcare development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee medical departments and healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with MOH, CBAHI, and healthcare regulations
- Develop and implement medical policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
- Monitor clinical performance, healthcare quality, and patient experience indicators
- Collaborate with executive leadership on operational and strategic planning
- Support physician recruitment, credentialing, and professional evaluation
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety
- Support healthcare service expansion and operational development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, consultants, and healthcare partners
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MBBS / MD) or relevant healthcare background
- Valid SCFHS classification is preferred
- Healthcare management qualification is a plus
Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in the healthcare sector
- Previous leadership experience in medical operations or healthcare management
- Experience in multi-specialty healthcare environments

- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent understanding of healthcare operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Decision-making and performance improvement skills
- Strong knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations and standards
