Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Dubai, is for a Medical Director.
The Medical Director will oversee clinical operations, guide medical staff, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and provide exceptional patient care.
The position also involves strategic planning, collaboration with other physicians, and the implementation of advanced medical treatments within the clinic's dermatology and aesthetic services.
The Medical Director will lead efforts to maintain medical excellence and compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine with expertise in specialties such as Cardiology, Neurology, or Oncology
- Experience working with and guiding physicians in a clinical or multi-disciplinary setting
- Demonstrated ability to oversee clinical operations and uphold high medical standards
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Current medical license and board certification in a relevant specialty
- Prior experience in dermatology or aesthetic medicine is a significant advantage
