**At Home Doc** is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Medical Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional support to patients while coordinating home healthcare appointments.
As the first point of contact, you'll help ensure a seamless experience for patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage home healthcare appointments
- Coordinate home visits for doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records
- Verify patient information and assist with insurance-related enquiries
- Liaise with healthcare teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while delivering excellent patient care
- Maintain documentation, service records, and support administrative processes
Skills & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Experience in customer service, call centre, or healthcare administration
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare clinic, hospital, or home healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and appointment scheduling systems
- Familiarity with insurance verification processes
- Experience using CRM or healthcare management software
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
