Medical Customer Service Executive \| At Home Doc

Deliver outstanding patient support and help make healthcare more accessible.

**At Home Doc** is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Medical Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional support to patients while coordinating home healthcare appointments.

As the first point of contact, you'll help ensure a seamless experience for patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage home healthcare appointments
  • Coordinate home visits for doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals
  • Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records
  • Verify patient information and assist with insurance-related enquiries
  • Liaise with healthcare teams to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while delivering excellent patient care
  • Maintain documentation, service records, and support administrative processes

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in customer service, call centre, or healthcare administration
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare clinic, hospital, or home healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and appointment scheduling systems
  • Familiarity with insurance verification processes
  • Experience using CRM or healthcare management software
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
