**Fakeeh Care Group** is seeking a customer-focused Medical Customer Service Executive to deliver excellent patient support by managing appointments, handling enquiries, and coordinating with clinical teams.
The role ensures a smooth patient experience while maintaining accurate records and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other departments
- Resolve patient concerns and escalate complex issues when required
- Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with registrations, referrals, and insurance-related documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and support service quality initiatives
Essential
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
Preferred
- Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) or Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Knowledge of medical insurance processes
- Experience in patient relations or contact center operations
- Pay: From ﷼7,000.00 per month
