We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Center Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the center.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance processes and proven experience working in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the center
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Handle insurance-related tasks, documentation, and coordination
- Supervise, train, and support staff
- Monitor team performance and maintain operational standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of **insurance** is mandatory
- UAE work experience is required
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
- **Female Arabic Speaking**
