We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support our clinical team.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding patient care.

• Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Take and record vital signs and medical histories
• Assist physicians and providers during exams and procedures
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms
• Perform basic clinical tasks such as suture removal, and dressing changes (as permitted)
• Handle patient intake, charting, and documentation
• Provide post-procedure instructions and patient education
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and HIPAA regulations
• Assist with scheduling, phone calls, and other administrative tasks as needed

• Medical Assistant certification preferred (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• Minimum of [1–2] years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience in plastic surgery is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
