As a Medical Assistant Instructor, you'll teach assigned classes, guide hands-on learning in labs, and mentor students toward career success. You'll also:

Provide classroom and lab instruction in an engaging, student-centered way

Help prepare curriculum and maintain instructional materials

Keep detailed attendance and academic records

Submit student grades, evaluations, and required documentation promptly

Identify and communicate student attendance concerns

Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development

Use proven student retention techniques to support learning

Monitor and maintain classroom and lab equipment and supplies

Maintain a neat and orderly instructional environment

Support student progress by completing educational performance modules

Promote a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
