Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, networking, and other channels
- Meet with clients to understand requirements and present suitable service solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
- Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery according to client requirements
- Maintain accurate sales records and daily activity reports
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives
Requirements
- Fluency in Malayalam and English
- Previous experience in sales, business development, media, advertising, marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and client relationship management abilities
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage
- Self motivated with ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Good organizational and follow up skills
- Applicants currently residing in the UAE preferred
