Role Description

The Media Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Arab Emirates.

The person in this role will identify and pursue new advertising and sponsorship opportunities across the channel’s digital and media properties, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agencies.

Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and cold outreach, preparing sales pitches and proposals, negotiating rates and packages, and closing media deals aligned with revenue targets.

The Media Sales Executive will coordinate with production and content teams to develop tailored media solutions, ensure campaign delivery, and monitor performance.

This role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, forecasting pipeline, and staying informed about market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in media sales, advertising sales, or business development within digital, broadcast, or print media.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, networking, and account retention.
  • Ability to create persuasive sales presentations and proposals, with solid negotiation and closing skills.
  • Understanding of digital media, advertising formats, campaign metrics, and basic marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Comfort working in a target-driven environment, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in standard office and CRM tools; experience with sales reporting and pipeline management is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of the UAE media market and fluency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
