  • We are seeking an experienced Media Relations Manager to lead media engagement initiatives, manage press communications, and strengthen the organization's public profile.
  • The ideal candidate will cultivate media relationships, secure positive coverage, develop compelling stories, and ensure consistent and effective communication across media channels.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute media relations strategies aligned with organizational goals and communication objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters, media agencies, and industry influencers
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, fact sheets, and other media materials
  • Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, media briefings, and public announcements
  • Identify proactive media opportunities to enhance brand awareness and positive media exposure
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, competitor activity, and public sentiment
  • Manage media inquiries and act as a key liaison between the organization and media representatives
  • Support crisis communication and reputation management activities when required
  • Collaborate with communications, marketing, public relations, and leadership teams on strategic campaigns and messaging
  • Prepare media performance reports, coverage analyses, and communication recommendations for senior leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in media relations, public relations, corporate communications, journalism, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing media engagement strategies or communication programs preferred
  • Strong understanding of media relations, reputation management, news cycles, and communication best practices
  • Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Experience preparing press materials, media kits, executive talking points, and public statements
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Experience with media monitoring platforms, communication tools, and analytics systems is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
