We are currently seeking a highly capable Producer to lead and coordinate end-to-end production activities with our core business unit, AK PRODUCTIONS.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing pre-production, production, and post-production workflows across a wide range of formats, including advertisements, films, series, and documentaries.

Founded in 2008, AK PRODUCTIONS is a full-service media production house with operations across Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and Kuwait.
We deliver high-end commercials, films, series, and branded content, working closely with leading agencies, global brands, and regional partners.
As the only Saudi-based production house within the AdGreen Network, we place high importance on sustainability and actively work to limit our carbon footprint.
Our work spans large-scale productions, agency-driven campaigns, and on-ground servicing in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and execution.
We believe in hands-on production, strong collaboration, and building teams that can deliver under real production pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead agency-driven projects end-to-end, from initial brief through pre-production, shoot, post, and final delivery.
- Actively scout for new projects and production opportunities, contributing to AK PRODUCTIONS’ client base and market presence.
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with advertising agencies in Saudi Arabia and key client-side stakeholders.
- Build, manage, and control production budgets, schedules, and logistics; track costs and adapt plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee on-ground operations, including location scouting, permits, releases, and cast/crew arrangements.
- Coordinate closely with directors, production crews, vendors, and internal teams; act as the main production liaison.
- Oversee production coordinators and assistants and ensure smooth execution under real production pressure.
- Prepare and present PPM (Pre-Production Meeting) booklets and client-facing presentations.
- Prepare production reports and collaborate with the Production Accountant on payables, receivables, and profit forecasting.
- Ensure all regulatory and operational documentation is completed and properly archived.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in media production, with a strong portfolio across multiple formats (advertising, TV, film, digital).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with production planning tools and software (e.g., Keynote, PowerPoint, Avid, Adobe Premiere, MS Office).
- Excellent project and team management capabilities.
- Solid understanding of post-production workflows and media asset delivery.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English and Arabic
- Other Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing high-pressure production environments.
- Ability to lead multi-format production teams effectively and efficiently.
- Comfortable taking initiative and opening new doors for the company.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Saudi Arabia.
