About Migration Chambers

We are looking for an analytical and performance-driven Media Buyer to join our team and take ownership of paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok.
Responsibilities**
- Create, launch, and optimize ad campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads
- Test creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
- Monitor performance and improve CPL, CTR, and conversion rates
- Prepare daily/weekly reports with insights and recommendations
Requirements**
- Minimum 2–3 years of media buying experience
- Strong experience with Meta Ads & TikTok Ads
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of ad creatives and performance optimization
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
Bonus**
- Experience with high-ticket services
- CRM / automation knowledge
- Funnel optimization experience
