Role overview
The in-house Media Buyer owns iGaming player-acquisition campaigns from launch through optimization and scaling.
The role is based on-site in Dubai.
What you’ll do
- Plan, launch, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns.
- Scale successful campaigns and test geographies, keywords, creatives, and landing pages.
- Test hypotheses across bidding, targeting, and acquisition funnels.
- Track spend, conversion rates, first-time deposits, and other performance metrics.
- Optimize for agreed acquisition KPIs, including first-time deposit volume, cost per first-time deposit, and return on ad spend.
- Use tracking, CRM, and analytics tools to measure performance; report results, insights, and next steps.
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of iGaming media buying experience and hands-on Google Ads experience within the last 12 months.
- A proven record of running and scaling profitable campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Keitaro, Voluum, Binom, or a similar tracking platform.
- A structured approach to testing, campaign launches, and deadlines; proficiency in English.
- Availability to work on-site in Dubai.
Nice to have
- Experience with server-side tracking is a nice-to-have.
Pay
- Pay is AED 12,000–20,000 per month.
