Overview
- We run two products that need the same engine: a supplement (e-commerce) and a self-improvement app (subscription).
- Both are built, both retain.
- We need someone to work on paid acquisition.
- One operator to drive creative research and strategy, then execute it.
- You find what's already winning for competitors, add a twist, a sharper USP, a unique mechanism, and scale it.
- You mine Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center for angles, turn them into hooks and scripts, direct our (AI) video editor to produce a high volume of tests (and push him to move faster), then run the buying.
- You propose funnel/quiz-funnel structure and the tests to lift conversion.
- You get to work with finished products, budget and and performance upside with a path to rev-share.
- You'll own:
- Competitor + creative research turned into testable angles and unique mechanisms
- Creative direction: hooks, scripts, UGC briefs, high volume of tests
- Paid buying across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin, Pinterest,..... with clear kill rules and clean structure
- Funnel/CRO: landing pages, quiz funnels, offer tests
- The setup and growth extras: new ad accounts and pages, influencer outreach, affiliate ideas
- You are:
- You find the metric that actually predicts profit on each platform - not the vanity number the platform shows you - and you scale against it.
- Meta, TikTok, AppLovin,....: you know their reported numbers lie in different ways, and you reconcile to real revenue
- DTC or app growth with profitable ROAS on lean budgets.
- Direct-response, not agency polish
- Fluent in quiz and advertorial funnels
- Comfortable with CPA/CAC, margin, and LTV (or hungry to learn the rest fast)
- Bonus: you can produce image/static creative yourself
