Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Library & Information Science, Archival Studies, Film Production, Broadcasting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in media archiving, broadcast operations, post-production, or digital asset management.
- Experience working with television, film, digital media, or live event production environments.
- Knowledge of media preservation standards and best practices.
- Must know Arabic
Technical Requirements
- Understanding of video, audio, and image file formats, codecs, and resolutions.
- Familiarity with editing software such as:
◦ Avid Media Composer
- ◦ DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of metadata standards, tagging systems, and search optimization.
Core Responsibilities
- Catalog and archive all media assets, including:
- Video footage
- Audio recordings
- Graphics packages
- Photographs
- Create and maintain metadata standards.
- Ensure accurate tagging and indexing for quick retrieval.
- Manage media backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain archive integrity and storage health.
- Coordinate with producers, editors, directors, and post-production teams to retrieve archived materials.
- Monitor archive storage capacity and recommend expansion when necessary.
- Develop archive workflows and documentation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing, and content retention policies.

- ◦ Sports broadcasts
- ◦ Concerts and live events
- ◦ Multi-camera studio productions
- Familiarity with production workflows from acquisition to delivery.
- Experience handling raw camera footage, project files, graphics packages, and final masters.
- Knowledge of broadcast standards
