Media And Communications Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Serve as a contact for external media outlets, journalists, content creators, and other contacts, and build professional media relationships.
• Prepare scripts, talking points, and interview briefs for television and radio appearances; research topics and prepare interview background information.
• Write, edit, and proofread website content, articles, press releases, social posts, and promotional materials.
• Create and organize written, visual, and digital content about company projects, services, and industry activities.
• Support video production, interviews, photography, media coverage, campaigns, public relations activities, and media initiatives.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate publication across company digital platforms.
• Collaborate with management and the communications team, attend meetings, and prepare internal and external communications materials.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Journalism, Media, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Interest in digital media, storytelling, public relations, video production, and social media.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and professional communication skills; comfortable in a professional business environment.
• Creative, organized, proactive, willing to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Internship experience

• The internship offers practical experience in media relations, public relations, corporate communications, content creation, digital communications, video production, social media management, and coordination with external media outlets.
