- Maintenance & Repair: Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems, HVAC, pumps, water heaters, valves, and plumbing in buildings, villas, and apartments.
- Troubleshooting & Installation: Diagnose mechanical faults, identify required repairs or replacement parts, and support the installation and replacement of mechanical equipment and fixtures.
- Safety & Coordination: Respond to emergency breakdowns, follow health, safety, and environmental standards, and coordinate with electrical, civil, and facility maintenance teams.
