The Role
Join a major healthcare project in London as Mechanical Project Manager.
Lead delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health packages across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate MEP activities from design through commissioning and handover.
- Manage scope, programme, budget, and quality requirements.
- Review MEP designs and technical submissions for compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor, and supplier management.
- Monitor progress and implement measures to address risks and delays.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Promote high health and safety standards across project activities.
- Support commissioning, close-out, and handover.
- Lead and develop project engineering and site management teams.
- Drive best practices and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary contact for MEP project delivery matters.
About You
- Strong project management experience delivering MEP packages on large-scale construction projects.
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project controls.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Previous construction industry experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
