MECON STAR is a UAE-based company serving construction engineering needs, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.

Its work includes HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical, low-current, and solar energy systems.

Full-time, on-site Mechanical Project Engineer role based in Dubai.

Manage mechanical aspects of MEP projects from planning through execution and handover.

Review designs and technical specifications and coordinate with CAD teams.
Ensure mechanical systems meet project requirements and local regulations.
Supervise site activities, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain project quality, safety, and schedule; prepare reports and support procurement.
Contribute to resolving technical issues during project implementation.

Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting.
Experience in project engineering and project management, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and construction execution.
Proficiency in CAD tools and ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and MEP safety regulations.
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail; effective communication and collaboration.
Gulf-region MEP contracting or construction experience is advantageous.
