Role overview
The role requires at least 2 years of experience in MEP projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute mechanical works on site.
- Monitor HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and drainage installations.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and main contractors.
- Monitor daily progress, manpower, materials, and site requirements.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and the project schedule.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and look-ahead requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover activities.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in MEP projects.
