About This Role
Job Purpose
Plan, schedule, and monitor mechanical maintenance activities for plant shutdowns and turnarounds.
Ensure efficient execution through proper resource planning, coordination with departments, and progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare work plans, WBS, schedules, and job packages using Primavera P6
- Review and process maintenance work requests in Maximo/SAP
- Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for shutdown activities
- Monitor execution progress, identify delays, and recommend solutions
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, HSE, and contractors
- Track materials, manage backlog, and support procurement of spares
- Maintain records, update history files, and generate KPI reports
- Support tender preparation and project close-out activities
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years of maintenance experience in petrochemical/fertilizer plants (including planning)
- Proficiency in Maximo/SAP and Primavera P6 (or MS Project)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Good command of English
