Full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer position based in Riyadh.
Design, review, and optimize mechanical systems for managed commercial, residential, and industrial facilities.
Coordinate with project and facility management teams and support operational and project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update mechanical drawings and specifications; conduct site inspections and technical evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning; support maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and sustainable solutions.
- Prepare engineering reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical engineering knowledge and experience in building and facility systems.
- Machine design skills, R&D capabilities, CAD proficiency, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
- Facility management, construction, or industrial project experience is beneficial, preferably in the GCC.
- Knowledge of mechanical codes, standards, safety regulations, and sustainable, energy-efficient design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to collaborate on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software; ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Riyadh and adapt to changing operational and project requirements.
