- The Mechanical Engineer oversees mechanical engineering activities including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and infrastructure systems to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and efficient execution
- ****KEY RESPONSIBILITIES****
- Review mechanical designs and technical specifications.
- Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and infrastructure systems.
- Liaise with consultants and authorities for approvals.
- Review shop drawings and material submittals.
- Monitor contractor invoices, claims, and variation orders.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Assist in managing project budgets and contractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with SBC and safety regulations.
- Support value engineering initiatives
Requirements
- ****Qualifications****
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional certification (Saudi Council of Engineers).
- ****Experience****
- **6-10 years of experience**
- in real estate development projects.
- Experience in commercial, residential, and villa projects preferred.
- ****Knowledge****
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and safety standards.
- Understanding of building services coordination and cost control.
- ****Skills****
- Strong technical coordination and drawing review skills.
- Ability to analyze mechanical system performance.
- Good project coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
