- Perform duties as a Receiving Authority (RA) / Job Performer in accordance with site procedures and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and contractor teams to ensure safe execution of work activities.
- Review work permits, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Support mechanical maintenance, inspection, and project-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
- Assist in planning and execution of shutdown and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum
- 2 years of Gulf site experience

- Experience working in
- heavy industrial environments
- (e.g., aluminium, steel, oil & gas, power plants, manufacturing, etc.).
- Good understanding of permit-to-work systems and site safety practices.
- Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
