Role Overview
Job Summary: The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the design, testing and documentation of new products as well as supporting operations.
This role will collaborate with sales, business development and the customer to provide a solution to the customers’ design problems.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in MRO of Aircraft Components is preferred.
- Experience producing prototype designs and working manufactures.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of 3D modeling software (SolidWORKS preferred)
- Strength and stress analysis experience (hand calcs or FEA)
- Strong modeling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing methods and processes.
- Mechanical aptitude displayed through personal hobbies/projects
- Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Must be able to multi-task.
