• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, and other MEP systems.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with clients, contractors, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor mechanical works at construction sites to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of mechanical installations.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical support to the construction supervision team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Prepare inspection reports, progress reports, and other project documentation.
• Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities.
