Role overview

Fresher-friendly sales coordinator role on an automotive tendering team serving OEM and Tier-1 clients.

The employer offers training and describes a growth path to Sales Engineer or Tendering Engineer.

Location and workplace

  • Work from the Dubai office; candidates must be in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview in Dubai.

Compensation

  • Salary listed as AED 3,000–3,500 per month, plus visa and medical insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with RFQ and tender processing for OEM and Tier-1 clients; support technical quotation and BOQ preparation.
  • Coordinate Arabic-language client requirements and clarifications, including communication with local clients and government entities.
  • Maintain tender trackers, CRM updates, and bid documents; follow up on submitted quotations.
  • Support ISO and IATF 16949 documentation.

Requirements

  • B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production engineering.
  • Fluent Arabic reading, writing, and speaking; language ability will be tested.
  • 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates welcome. Manufacturing or automotive internship experience is preferred.
  • Must be in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview in Dubai; immediate joiner with a maximum 15-day notice period.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive components, engineering drawings, and BOQs; good Excel and MS Office skills.
  • AutoCAD or SolidWorks knowledge is a plus; good English communication skills.
