MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical background, preferably gearing related
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred for collaborating with HQ teams.
- Must have a customer focused attitude and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Must have technical knowledge of power transmission products and applications as well as experience working with project management practices and resources.
- A strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals is also required.
- Proficiency with Adobe®, Microsoft® Office, ERP, Solidworks and other internal programs.
- EDUCATION:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Industrial Engineering.
- Master’s degree in engineering or education comparable to experience in the industry is preferred.
- Minimum one to three years’ related experience and/or training.
- Must be able to obtain a thorough understanding of NGC products.
Preferred Qualifications
