Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Mechanical Engineer will handle tasks such as designing mechanical systems, developing machine components, performing research and development (R&D), and supporting project management efforts.
The role emphasizes close collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative designs and engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate with design, site, and project teams
- Support execution and installation on-site
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience (fit-out/interior projects preferred)
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating and analyzing designs
- Ability to lead and manage tasks within Project Management frameworks
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and MEP systems
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Familiarity with local authority approvals (Dubai ,AUH Municipality, etc.)
