Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and other mechanical works at project sites.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Prepare material requests, manpower schedules, and daily progress reports.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, material usage, and labour productivity.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and work-completion documentation.
- Ensure timely project completion according to the approved schedule.
Qualification
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Pay
- AED 2,000–3,000 per month.
