Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site subcontractor or direct-hire superintendent activities and ensure compliance with the CPM schedule and subcontract requirements.
- Support water and wastewater operations and ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, codes, maintenance manuals, and government regulations, including NFPA 25.
- Provide wastewater operations subject-matter expertise and support water resource strategies focused on water quality, conservation, and vulnerability assessments.
- Supervise employees, including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, appraising performance, and resolving complaints and problems.
- Collaborate with Facilities Maintenance to ensure a safe and adequate water supply.
- Respond to scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Read, interpret, and update water and wastewater system blueprints.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of pertinent wastewater regulations.
- Knowledge of effective installation of pumps, valves, flow meters, probes, and related system equipment.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is up to AED 6,000 per month.
