Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design Engineer

B.SC Electrical Engineer approved by DEWA & DCD with minimum of 5 Years experience with the Consultant in Dubai, UAE.

System Design: Create detailed blueprints and schematic diagrams for HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), electrical power distribution, lighting, and plumbing networks.

Technical Calculations: Perform critical load calculations, such as heating/cooling requirements and electrical power demands, to size equipment correctly.

Coordination & Integration: Collaborate closely with architects and structural engineers to resolve "clashes" (e.g., ensuring a pipe doesn't go through a beam) using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs strictly adhere to local and international building codes (e.g., NFPA for fire safety, ASHRAE for HVAC) and safety regulations.

Sustainability: Implement energy-efficient solutions and green building standards, often aiming for certifications like LEED or BREEAM.

Coordination with the related authorities DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, DCD, SCD, ACD, Etisalat, DU and MEP Consultant for outsourced jobs.

Project Oversight: Review contractor shop drawings, conduct site inspections to verify installation quality, and participate in the final testing and commissioning of systems. shahab@firstart.ae
