Equipment and drawings

• Design and prepare drawings for stainless steel storage and processing tanks, mixing tanks, agitators, mixing vessels, silos, hoppers, and conical tanks.
• Prepare drawings for stainless steel working platforms and supporting structures.
• Create 2D and 3D equipment drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly details.
• Detail dimensions, material thicknesses, nozzles, and connections.
• Prepare accurate shop drawings independently and coordinate with fabrication teams.

Qualifications and experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is required; SolidWorks or Inventor knowledge is advantageous.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant stainless steel equipment design and fabrication experience in food, dairy, or beverage industries is required.
• Good understanding of tank fabrication, sheet metal development, welding details, and mechanical assemblies is required.
• Knowledge of hygienic stainless steel equipment design and industry standards is required.
• Experience only in HVAC, MEP, civil construction, architectural drafting, or unrelated mechanical fields does not meet the stated industry requirement.

Relevant equipment and materials

• Equipment examples include stainless steel tanks, mixers, silos, hoppers, and platforms.
• Tank materials include SS304 and SS316L.
• Food-grade hygienic design and fabrication requirements are relevant.
