What You Bring

• A Diploma/ Degree in mechanical engineering, design, or technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing mechanical systems for commercial, institutional, low‐ and high‐rise buildings, and multi‐family residential projects.
• Knowledge of mechanical building systems design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A natural self-starter with the ability to prioritize, self-schedule, and work with colleagues from various departments, market sectors, and locations.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
