Mechanical Design Engineer I

Qualifications

• YOU MUST HAVE
• Four year college degree or technical training or 4 years of direct experience in rotating equipment.
• 1+ years of experience in rotating equipment experience.
• WE VALUE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering degree
• Preferred experience of 1-2 years working within an industrial manufacturing environment or with rotating equipment
• Strong Customer Focus with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Mechanical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; CAD or SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Working knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and P&IDs.
• Self-directed and highly motivated, working both independently and collaboratively with other team members
• Ability to work well under pressure within a reactive type role
• Flexibility to work multiple projects at varying stages of completion and multitask

• The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $88,900. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
