Mechanical Design Engineer

Build and maintain CAD models and assemblies for complex systems

Create drawings with appropriate GD&T at any level from rapid prototypes to mass-manufactured components

Interface with suppliers and the manufacturing team to expedite timelines

Interface with multiple function teams to ensure designs meet all requirements

Excellent CAD design skills – Siemens NX preferred

Experience with PDM/PLM systems

Demonstrable hands-on experience in complex mechanical design

BEng/MEng in Mechanical Engineering / Aerospace Engineering or related field

Experience in transitioning from proof of concept to production designs, with experience to bake in DFM considerations from first concept

Experience in fast-paced R&D or startup environments, with rapid prototype iteration times
