We are hiring for Mechanical Commissioning Engineer & Junior Mechanical Commissioning Engineer both for a marine Engineering Company at Port Khalifa in Abu Dhabi.
Mechanical Commissioning Engineer
Mechanical Commissioning Engineer reports directly to the Commissioning Manager and works closely with shipyard teams, engineering departments, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives throughout construction, testing, and vessel delivery phases.

Junior Mechanical Commissioning Engineer
Junior Mechanical Commissioning Engineer reports directly to the Lead or Commissioning Manager and works closely with mechanical engineers, shipyard personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute commissioning and start-up activities for:
- Main propulsion systems
- Pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment
- Fuel oil, lubrication oil, and cooling water systems
- Ballast and Bilge systems
- HVAC mechanical systems
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Firefighting and safety systems
- Freshwater and sewage treatment systems
- Deck machinery and auxiliary equipment
