Full-time, on-site Mechanical BIM Modeler role based in Dubai.
Develop and coordinate Mechanical BIM models for MEP projects in line with project standards and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Interpret construction drawings and model mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams; prepare detailed layouts and shop drawings.
- Maintain model integrity, resolve clashes and coordination issues, and support project documentation and design revisions.
Qualifications
- Strong BIM skills and experience modeling on design and construction projects; knowledge of MEP systems and building-services integration.
- Read, interpret, and produce accurate construction drawings and technical documentation; understand architectural and structural interfaces.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline is listed as a qualification.
- Proficiency in BIM and CAD software such as Revit or AutoCAD, and familiarity with industry standards and coordination practices.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, multidisciplinary collaboration, effective communication, and deadline management.
