Responsibilities
- Build, service, and repair bikes to high safety and quality standards.
- Use the workshop booking system and keep customers informed.
- Answer technical enquiries and support retail staff with product and service recommendations.
- Work toward goals covering workshop efficiency, service quality, upskilling, and teamwork.
- Participate in regular team meetings and monthly one-to-one coaching.
About you
- Demonstrate solid achievements through personal goals, sport, study, or work.
- Show commitment, reliability, continual improvement, and willingness to learn.
- Have good communication skills and a record of maintaining positive relationships.
- Bring mechanical aptitude; bicycle expertise is not required.
- Related mechanical experience is desirable, and experienced bicycle mechanics are highly valued.
Pay and rewards
- The advertised package is $60,000–$90,000 plus uncapped commission; no pay cadence is stated.
