This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mecca for the position of Head of Institutional Excellence Unit (رئيس وحدة التميز المؤسسي).

The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s institutional excellence framework, including performance management, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Head of Institutional Excellence Unit will lead the development of policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring alignment with national excellence models and relevant international standards.

Daily tasks include managing excellence-related projects, coordinating with departments to monitor KPIs, facilitating internal audits and assessments, and preparing reports and recommendations for senior leadership.

The role also involves guiding change management efforts, overseeing training and awareness programs related to excellence, and promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and service quality across the organization.
